"I cannot praise the Pembroke Hotel Kilkenny highly enough. My partner recently arranged a surprise birthday party for me here, and I am completely blown away by how amazing everything was.
From the moment the surprise was revealed, the staff were incredible, so kind, friendly, and genuinely attentive. No request was too big, they went out of their way to accommodate our entire group and ensured every detail was perfect. The food was absolutely amazing and received rave reviews from everyone there.
Many of our friends stayed overnight and were equally impressed. Everyone commented on the rooms, their size, comfort, and the lovely touch of quality spa products in the bathrooms. Everyone loved the breakfast the next day.
This isn't my first experience with the Pembroke. I've previously arranged clients to stay here for work, and I've always found the front desk team to be lovely, professional, and easy to deal with. This recent event has only solidified my fantastic opinion of them.
