On Sunday 25th October, Stathams Bar & Restaurant at the Pembroke Kilkenny will become the setting for one of the most anticipated events of this year's Savour Kilkenny festival - a special one-night celebration of the Stathams Supper Club series.

A Series Worth Celebrating

Over the past two years, the Stathams Monthly Supper Club has quietly become one of the most loved evenings in Kilkenny's food calendar. Sold-out nights, extraordinary food, and a room full of people who genuinely love being there, from food lovers to local makers to craftspeople, and great conversation. It has been something special from the very beginning.

This October, we're bringing it all together for a celebration of everything the series is. A curated menu drawn from the standout dishes and moments of the past two years, the people who made it happen, and the spirit that has made every Supper Club evening one to remember.

The Evening

The night begins with a bespoke arrival cocktail, crafted to set the tone for what's ahead. From there, Chef Ken Harker takes over, delivering a menu that draws on the very best of the Supper Club series. Bold, seasonal cooking. Generous portions of flavour. The kind of food that makes you slow down and actually taste what's in front of you.

And the table itself will be something worth looking at. Returning by popular demand, our collaboration with MADE in Kilkenny sees their stunning handcrafted tableware grace the table once again, a fitting celebration of the creativity and craft that Kilkenny does better than almost anywhere else.
