22nd February 2026 Supper Club Special Guest: The Truffle Fairy
Chef Mary Teehan founded The Truffle Fairy in 2005 after discovering her love for chocolate, the “food of the Gods,” and soon gained recognition for her inventive, flavour-led creations. Beginning in her own kitchen and selling at farmers’ markets, she built a devoted following while remaining committed to ethically sourced, sustainable, premium ingredients.
A story and ethos that perfectly reflect what Supper Club celebrates and will showcase throughout the evening - truly not to be missed.

Our Supper Club Membership offers access to 10 events for €400, representing a saving of €100 across standard event pricing.
