Please vacate your room by 12pm. A late check-out of 2pm is available at €30, subject to availability. Please contact Reception to organise.

Smoking

Smoking and/or vaping is strictly prohibited in all rooms. A designated smoking area is located at the side entrance to the hotel. If there is evidence of smoking in your room, a fee of €100.00 will automatically be charged to your room for cleaning

Plug adapters are available from Reception. A deposit of €10 will be charged to room and released on return of adapter

Housekeeping

Please find additional toiletries, towels etc stored in your bedroom wardrobe. You can request extra items such as blankets, softer/hypoallergenic pillows, coffee pods etc. from Reception
Fridges are available on request and subject to availability.
Please leave room service trays etc outside of your room for collection. We would appreciate if you would let us know so we can collect quickly and keep the corridors clear.

Amenities

Hair dryers are available in the second drawer in desk. Dental, shaving, grooming and sewing kits are available from Reception. Please enjoy the refreshing (and complimentary) bottled still water to quench your thirst.

Tea & Coffee

A Nespresso coffee-making machine is provided on the desk. A kettle is located in the wardrobe. The Nespresso machine also provides hot water. Please find coffee pods, teabags, milk and sugar in the top drawer under the Nespresso machine. Safe and drinkable water can be gotten from the bathroom cold water tap. Additional water and fresh milk are available on request.

Heating & Air Conditioning

Heating and air conditioning are all thermostatically controlled. Please contact Reception if you wish to adjust the settings.

Safe

A safety deposit box is provided for your valuables. Please see the ‘How To’ for instructions.

Energy Saving

Our guest bedrooms are energy saving. To help conserve power, please turn your lights out when you are not in the room. If using chargers and entertainment equipment, please turn these off when not in use to avoid waste.

Ironing

Please look inside your wardrobe to find an iron and fold-down ironing board.

Laundry

Laundry services are available. Please put the clothing and completed form into the laundry bag (ask at Reception) and drop to Reception. The laundered clothes will be dropped outside your bedroom door the next day.

For same day return, please ensure you have dropped to Reception by 7am, or the night before.

Laundry is priced per item, or €15 per bag.

The hotel does not accept liability for any damage or loss to items.

• Turn towards self for shower, and away for bath

Right-hand dial

• Turn towards self for hotter water, and turn away for cooler water

Nespresso machine

Turn On

• Press ‘On’ button on top of machine

Fill With Water

• If the lights are flashing red, there is not enough water in the tank. Fill to the line indicated

• The cold water tap in bathroom provide safe, drinkable water

Making Coffee

• Ensure the lever is fully upright

• Insert coffee pod

• Place cup underneath spout

• Push down lever

• Press the button for your desired coffee

• Machine will stop automatically once the coffee is made

• Remove cup

• Press lever up then down to remove used pod

For Hot Water Only

• Place cup underneath spout

• Press the button with the water symbol

• To stop, press button again

• Place objects in the safe

• Close the door and hold

• Enter in a four digit code of your choosing – remember this code!

• Press Lock

To Open

• Enter your four digit code

• The door will open automatically
