26th July 2026 – An Al Fresco Cocktail Evening
Some months are made for sitting outside with a great drink in hand. July is one of them.
The Stathams Supper Club steps out of the dining room and into the open air for something a little different next month. Join us for an al fresco cocktail evening celebrating the best of summer. Think long evenings, beautiful drinks, free-flowing food and good music.
Settle in as our team bring a curated selection of cocktails to the table. Alongside the drinks, a generous spread of tapas-style dishes will flow throughout the evening - enjoy small plates, big flavours, made for sharing and grazing at your own pace.
Not our usual dinner format, it is an evening to relax into with great food, great drinks and great company in Statham's Courtyard.

Our Supper Club Membership offers access to 10 events for €400, representing a saving of €100 across standard event pricing.
