Cocktail: The Corbett Wilson (AKA The Aviator)

Created using Kilkenny's own Ballykeefe Poitin, Whitney Neill Quince Gin, lemon juice, lime juice and lavendar syrup, the 'Corbett Wilson (AKA The Aviator)’ cocktail celebrates the pioneering Irish aviator, Denys Corbett Wilson. Denys had a fascination with new technologies and a passion to push back the frontiers of human capability. On 22 April 1912, he completed the first full flight between Britain and Ireland, from Goodwick in Pembrokeshire to Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford.
