Payment & Cancellation Details
Payment
Credit or debit card details will be required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. On arrival, a pre-authorisation of the full cost of your reservation will be placed on your credit card. On check-out, the full amount will be charged to the card. Debit card and cash payments are also accepted and must be paid in full on check-in. If paying by debit card/cash and wish to charge to your room, a credit card must be presented and a €50 charge pre-authorised to cover incidentals. Pre-authorisations are released by your bank after 2-3 days.

Cancellation
We offer free 48 hour cancellation up to 2pm two days prior to arrival. In the event of late cancellation or non-arrival, you will be charged for one night's accommodation for each room reserved. A group cancellation policy applies for 5 or more rooms, please contact the hotel directly. Advance Purchase bookings are non-refundable and dates are non-transferable. Golf package bookings incur a cancellation fee if less than 72 hours notice of cancellation of golf is received.
Please note that this cancellation policy applies to reservations made directly with Pembroke Kilkenny via our official website, phone and email. For reservations made with a third-party provider (e.g. Expedia), please refer to the cancellation details provided to you at the time of booking.
