This will showcase the very best of Kilkenny’s seasonal produce, sourced directly from trusted local suppliers and the talented members of the Taste Kilkenny collective. Each dish will pay tribute to the county’s rich agricultural heritage, celebrating the farmers, growers, and makers who help define our food culture.
A Feast for the Senses
From the welcome drink at 6:30 pm to the final sweet course, every bite will be crafted to capture the essence of Kilkenny’s flavours. In collaboration with MADE in Kilkenny, artisans from this craft and design collective will present their exquisite handcrafted tableware and dining accessories elevating your dining experience with artistry and authenticity.
