To make your stay with us as comfortable and safe as possible, we would be grateful if you could take a few minutes to read this information.
We are a small team that prides itself on making our guests happy. If there is anything we can help you with during your stay, please ask and we will do our best to assist you. If anything is not to your satisfaction, please speak to us so we can fix it for you. There is always a member of staff at Reception, twenty-four hours a day.

- General Information
We have extensive sanitisation and cleanliness procedures in place, with all staff trained to the Failte Ireland Safety Charter standard
Please support us with frequent handwashing, sanitising, social distancing and respecting the space of other guests, and our staff.
In the event of a fire, please refer to the guidelines on the back of your bedroom door.
Breakfast is served from 8am to 11am daily. We don’t want our guests to feel rushed so please arrive with enough time to be seated and to place your order.
Please vacate your room by 12pm. A late check-out option of 2pm is available at €30, subject to availability. Please contact Reception to organise.
Free of charge and no password, use PembrokeHotelWifi.
Smoking and/or vaping is strictly prohibited in all rooms. A designated smoking area is located at the side entrance to the hotel. If there is evidence of smoking in your room, a fee of €100.00 will automatically be charged to your room for cleaning.
Plug adaptors are available from Reception. A deposit of €10 will be charged to room and released on return of adaptor.
If you require any additional help in case of an emergency, please make the Front Office staff aware on your arrival.

- Bedroom Information
As part of our Covid-19 policy, rooms will not be cleaned for the duration of your stay. If you would like to request a cleaning or housekeeping services, please let Reception know by 12 noon on the day the services are required. We would appreciate if you left a window open in your room to increase the ventilation and airflow before Housekeeping enter, for both guest and staff safety.
For guests staying two or more nights, please find additional bathroom toiletries, towels etc stored in your bedroom wardrobe. You can dial ‘0’ for reception at any time to request any extra items required such as blankets, softer/hypoallergenic pillows, coffee pods etc.
Fridges are available on request and subject to availability.
Please leave dining trays etc outside of your room for collection. We would appreciate if you would let us know so we can collect quickly and keep the corridors clear.

Hair dryers are available in the second drawer in desk. We also offer dental, shaving, grooming and sewing kits for all those last-minute touches, please request from Reception. Please enjoy the refreshing (and complimentary) bottled still water to quench your thirst.
Tea & Coffee
A Nespresso coffee-making machine is provided on the desk. A kettle is located in the wardrobe. The Nespresso machine also provides hot water. Please find coffee pods, teabags, milk and sugar in the top drawer under the Nespresso machine. Please see the ‘How To’ section for instructions. Safe and drinkable water can be gotten from the bathroom cold water tap. Additional water and fresh milk are available on request.
Heating & Air Conditioning
Heating and air conditioning are all thermostatically controlled. Please see the ‘How To’ section for instructions.
Ironing & Laundry
Please look inside your wardrobe to find an iron and fold-down ironing board.
Laundry services are available. Please put the clothing and completed form into the laundry bag (ask at Reception) and drop to Reception. The laundered clothes will be dropped outside your bedroom door the next day.
For same day return, please ensure you have dropped to Reception by 7am, or the night before.
Laundry is priced per item, or €15 per bag.
The hotel does not accept liability for any damage or loss to items.

If guest property is found after departure, we will endeavour to contact you. If you would like your items returned, we are happy to send them back to you for the cost of postage. Unclaimed items will be disposed of after 4 weeks.
Our guest bedrooms are energy saving. Even though this is the case, please turn your lights out when you are not in the room to help conserve power. If using chargers and entertainment equipment, please turn these off when not in use to avoid using unnecessary electricity.

- Ristretto – a ‘shorter’ espresso

- The machine will stop automatically once the coffee is made

- Press lever up then down to remove used pod

- Look for red light on the panel, this means unit is on

- Press button directly above to ensure it on the H setting, not L
