Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
Vouchers are valid for five years from the date of purchase
Vouchers must be presented on arrival at the hotel to be redeemed
- Vouchers purchased during promotions are not valid for use with corporate, discounted, contracted or FIT/agency rates
Vouchers are non-refundable
No change will be given out. The balance can be used for future visits, dining, spa treatments or spa retail products
For hotel package gift vouchers with accommodation included, the package described is valid for 6 months from date of purchase. If the package is unavailable at time of reservation, the monetary value will be valid for 5 years from date of purchase and can be used
Hotel package vouchers are valid for stays Sunday - Thursday (excluding Bank Holiday Sunday's), unless otherwise specified
For spa treatment gift vouchers, if the treatment is no longer available, the monetary value of the voucher can be used towards an alternative treatment.
