Please carefully read the details below with regard to your upcoming reservation.
We offer free 24 hour cancellation up to 2pm on the day prior to arrival. In the event of late cancellation or non-arrival you will be charged for one night's accommodation for each room reserved. A group cancellation policy applies for 5 or more rooms, please contact the hotel directly. Advance Purchase bookings are non-refundable and dates are non-transferable.
Please note that this cancellation policy applies to reservations made directly with Pembroke Kilkenny via our official website, phone and email. For reservations made with a third-party provider (e.g. Expedia), please refer to the cancellation details provided to you at the time of booking.
Please confirm the credit/debit card that you completed your reservation with is your preferred payment method. We will authorise this card the day of your arrival and charge it on departure. Your bill will be emailed directly after. Debit cards will be charged in full on the day of arrival. A €50 per night will be added to the pre-authorisation to include payment for any extras incurred during your stay. For reservations made with a third-party provider (e.g. Expedia), please refer to the cancellation details provided to you at the time of booking.
3. Before You Arrive
We want check-in to be swift and safe, ensuring only verbal interaction with our Front of House Team to confirm your arrival. To help us, we ask you for the following:
- You will receive a Pre-Registration form via email in the days coming up to your arrival date. Please complete this form accurately.
- The full contact details for each guest staying will be required in advance. This is a contact tracing requirement by the HSE should they require the need to contact you within 14 days of departure.
- A digital room key card will be available for guests, please download the JustIN Mobile App so you can easily receive your keys on the day of arrival
4. On Arrival
Check-in is 4pm and check-out is 12pm.
Complimentary car parking is available. Pull into the set-down area in front of the hotel and come to Reception for directions to the nearest car parking space.
Wine, chocolates and any additional items on your booking will be dropped to your room after check-in for hygiene reasons.
A strict smart casual dress code applies in all areas of the hotel at all times. In consideration of other guests, fancy dress or themed dress is not permitted in public areas at any time.
Please note, we will require evidence from international guests on arrival to the hotel that they have quarantined for 14 days upon entering the country. This does not apply to guests travelling within the island of Ireland (i.e. guests resident in Ireland or Northern Ireland).
