St. Patrick's Tradfest Festival | March 15 -19
Craic, ceol & parades!
Expect live traditional Irish music, American marching bands, a Festival Market, St. Patrick's Day parade, carnival rides, workshops, family activities and street entertainment. There's hundreds of free and paid events to choose from! Don't miss the Bulmer's Music Trail with live music throughout the city, with music all day in Statham's on 18th & 19th March
Kilkenny Roots Festival | April 28 - May 1
Celebrating its 25th year with a wide range of Irish and international acts
Wind your way through the medieval streets sampling the huge range of music in the 30 plus venues, hosting over 40 Irish and international acts, with over 90 ticketed and free shows from early afternoon until late into the night. There’s a mixture of old and new acts on the free pub gig trail and all styles are catered for, from swing to bluegrass, rockabilly to cajun, folk, blues and beyond.

Kilkenny Country Music Festival is back for 2023
A day of music, dance and fun with some of the best Country musicians in Ireland. Held in the gorgeous grounds of Gowran Park, there's a giant dance floor, plenty of parking and facilities for all the family. Headliners include Mike Denver, Robert Mizzel, Cliona O'Hagan, Jimmy Buckley and more!
