Guided by Chef Ken Harker, this club is designed for food enthusiasts to come together regularly, enjoy exceptional meals, meet top chefs, producers, and local craft makers, and explore the finest local flavours.
For this inaugural event, Stathams are delighted to welcome back a special guest: chef, author, and TV presenter Rachel Allen from the award-winning Ballymaloe Cookery School.
Known for her simple yet delicious recipes, Rachel will introduce each course and share her passion for quality ingredients.
As you arrive, enjoy a bespoke Statham’s cocktail crafted to prepare your palate for the evening ahead. After dinner, finish with a digestif cocktail featuring the flavours of festival sponsor Coole Swan, which is the perfect close to your dining experience.
In collaboration with 'MADE in Kilkenny', members of this craft and artisan collective will showcase their exquisite tableware and dining accessories to highlight the best of Irish makers.
