Crafted by renowned chef Ken Harker, along with a special guest appearance by Rachel Allen, each dish on the menu highlights the quality and diversity of local ingredients sourced directly from trusted suppliers.

As a testament to Statham's commitment to supporting local, the dishes feature the remarkable produce of the Taste Kilkenny collective. The carefully crafted menu offers a mouthwatering array of dishes that pay tribute to Kilkenny's agricultural heritage and the dedicated farmers who sustain it.

Statham's is thrilled to welcome an esteemed guest for this unforgettable event—chef, author, and TV presenter Rachel Allen. As an ambassador of the award-winning Ballymaloe Cookery School, Rachel's warm presence and wealth of culinary knowledge make her a delightful addition to the evening.

Highly regarded for her simple, yet delicious recipes, and her emphasis on quality ingredients and traditional cooking methods. Rachel will speak briefly about this philosophy while introducing guests to each course on the menu.

In collaboration with 'MADE in Kilkenny', members of this craft and artisan collective will showcase their exquisite tableware and dining accessories to highlight the best of Irish makers.

The Statham's Farm-to-Fork 'Tour of Flavour' will kick off at 7.30pm with a welcoming drink reception. It's a culinary adventure you won't want to miss, showcasing the best of Kilkenny's food scene!
