We are a proud supporter of art, culture and design and are pleased to announce we are the 2017 Hospitality Partner for the National Craft Gallery. To celebrate this partnership, we have created a range of Design Cocktails inspired by the National Craft Gallery’s artists and exhibits. Designed by international award-winning mixologist and our cocktail curator, Darren Geraghty, the design cocktail range offers a taste of unique Irish ingredients. All are made with homemade syrups, fresh fruit and bursting with vibrant flavours.
The Statham’s Spring Sidecar Fizz is inspired by the Global Irish Design Challenge running in the National Craft Gallery 10th February – 1st May. Made with Glendalough Wild Botanical Gin, Homemade Orange Tea Syrup, Lemon Juice and Prosecco finished with a spritz of Wild Gorse and Butterfly Pea Flower Tincture, the cocktail will be available in Statham’s Bar & Restaurant at Pembroke Kilkenny for the duration of the exhibition.
