‘We held our engagement party with the Pembroke hotel, and from the minute we first made contact with Alice, the whole process was effortless. No request we made was too big and all of our queries were always answered. We had the best night celebrating with all of our loved ones, and everyone complemented how delicious the food was and how well the space was set up. The staff on the night were so helpful and the whole thing went off without a hitch.
